We are excited to offer our Chris Cagle Fan Club members the opportunity to order pre-sale VIP tickets on select shows on the Rascal Flatts tour. We have up to 50 great seats at specific shows and we’ll announce those dates soon.

All you need to do to be included in the opportunity for pre-sale tickets is to e-mail us within the time period specified at [email protected]. Put the show date in the subject line and include in the body of the e-mail your fan club member number, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and if you need one or two tickets (there is a two-ticket limit per fan club member on VIP tickets). The opportunity for the VIP pre-sale will be assigned through a lottery system. We’ll reply back before the general on-sale date to let you know if your request was granted or not. Please note: DO NOT send any other correspondence to that e-mail address - we will not reply to anything other than pre-sale ticket requests.

If you are selected, here is how the system works:

• The day before the show is scheduled to go on-sale, each box office will receive a list from the Fan Club that contains the name of the Chris Cagle Fan Club Members who will be accessing this specific block of tickets.

• The box office manager will hold up to two tickets for each name on the list. They will put the reserved tickets marked COD in individual envelopes under the name of the fan club member.

• You may visit the box office to purchase your tickets in person – or- you may call in and purchase your tickets over the phone with a credit card. The box office person can execute the purchase for you over the phone, but cannot mail the tickets. At the time you pick up the tickets (either in advance or at Will Call the day of the show), you’ll need to show a valid photo ID matching the name on the list.

• Two weeks prior to the date of the show, if there are any unsold or unclaimed Fan Club pre-sale VIP tickets still remaining on hold, those tickets will be taken off hold status and sold to the public, so you must pick up or pay by phone for your tickets by that date.

• The selling of these tickets to non-fan club members, privately, on eBay or otherwise, is illegal and will not be tolerated. If you sell your tickets and another person tries to pick them up at the box office, they will let us know.

• Since the tickets are reserved for you, we encourage you to call or visit the box office on the first business day following the general on-sale date to purchase your VIP tickets. This is requested so we will not tie up the box office on the general on-sale date. If the general on-sale date is a Saturday, you should call or go by the following Monday. Your tickets will already be saved for you, so there is no need to arrange for purchase until the day after the general on-sale date.
