Hello all! I know that I am new to this board... And I know that some people can be mean.. But I believe strongly in the power of prayer... And seeing how nice you all are to each other and seem to love one another.. I am asking you all if you could please pray for me. I have been in a horrible situation for 7 years, and I am finally coming strong enough to stand on my own two feet and get out. I have 3 children, and I am 22 years old. So you can only imagine how scary it is for me. I have a great mother that is helping me financially and my sister in law moved in needing a place to stay.. Which helps me out as well.. However it is the emotional things that are killing me. As I have been with this guy since I was 15.. Anyway! I am asking you all to please pray for me that I have the strength to do this.. To get through and keep my head above water. To continue to take great care of my kids, and keep my priorities in line... Thank you all so kindly! PLAY IT LOUD! ~Charlene~ |

Hey there Sweetie! It doesn't matter if you've been here for months or days, if you need a prayer just ask and one will be said for you! I KNOW you can start over and succeed in being a great mother and staying above water, I did it many years ago. Sure it's hard and he'll be telling you all kinds of CRAP like no one will want you, you're worthless, etc. DO NOT LISTEN TO THAT!!!! It took me a couple of years to get that type of talk out of my mind, but I did it without support from family or anyone but my ex's sister (yes I said HIS sister) and my present hubby! YOU CAN DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE! Don't hesitate to e-mail me if you need a pick me up. CHIN UP KIDDO You're among family now! |
