Is it true,that if your current membership has expired,that it is still good for 2 more months,even if you havent attended a Meet & Greet yet? I have 4th row tickets to see Chris in November,& my fc membership expired back in September,& I just havent had time or money to renew yet.So I was wondering,that if I have NEVER gotten to attend a Meet & Greet yet,will I still be able to get backstage with the expired membership card that I have? Thanks for anyone's advice about this in advance. :-) |

That is how it was before now with the change I don't know for sure. If I were you I would renew before the show just in case. Good luck and enjoy the show. Jen#1 |

I hope the switch over to the company in Nashville won't affect all the people needing to renew memberships. One of the last things Molly and Marian had me work on was sending out the renewal notices. Several of them were months late. I would hate to see anybody have trouble renewing membership because all the work is now going to be done by the company in Nashville. |

A company in Nashville will be running the fanclub. I am not familiar with them but I guess they run a few other clubs. I hope everything works out. Jen#1 |

I know my membership date ended the 1st... Just with all this moving, I'm confused and don't know how to renew. I wanted to renew in August, but my mom said to wait... Now she wishes I renewed in August! |

I was told that the only difference is that you can't renew on-line. You can still send all the information to the same address with your check. The address is the same (Nashville PO Box), it's just being picked up by the new managers. |

Can you use your M&G pass to get backstage?? If not, how do you get a backstage pass?? I have yet to attend a show, but will be in only 11 days and am curious. how it works. |

A M & G pass is good for a meet and greet only. It is not a backstage pass. Hope that helped a little! |

My membership expired 9/1/02 and to date I have not received a renewal notice and was wondering how this new setup will work. As much as I want to renew my membership, I think I may wait until the switchover is made and running smoothly. But I still don't understand why no renewal notice received, even if they were mailed late, because it is almost mid-October now. Have seen Chris numerous times and want to continue to follow him and his career. Looking forward to his new songs being released. |

The renewal notices I worked on were dated April-August. Marian didn't bring ones for September over at the time. I don't know what is going to be done about renewals from this point. I have read post on the board from people who received the ones I sent out. I hope who ever is now handling the work in Nashville will read the board on a regular basis. |

I sent in for a membership for a friend of mine as a gift well over a month ago and they have not even cashed my check...nor have they sent my friend her membership packet. I sent it off in early September, feeling confident that she would have her packet before the concert in Guthrie on Nov. 8th...now I'm wondering if she will get it at all. I also need to send off for more meet and greet passes..knowing in advance I will need them for New Year's eve...I guess I should send my check now and hope it is here by X-mas... I sent my renewal check in on Sept 16 and they haven't cashed my check either as of this morning. I hope I get my membership card by Nov 8th for the Guthrie show. I never had the opportunity to use a single M&G on my first card...wonder if they will let me use it then if I don't get a new one in time. |

I sent my renewal in the same date as you Salsa, and no...they still haven't even cashed my check either. I looked on their website last night, and Chris isn't even listed on there yet. So, my guess, it's going to be a while!! So, I guess what this means is, whatever it is we want for whatever reason we want it for, we need to plan AHEAD and give them PLENTY of time!!! :| |

I signed up to join the fan club on Sept. 9 and still haven't received my packet. I emailed the fan club and at first I got an automated response then I got an email from Molly. She said she faxed my info to the fan club house and it's in process. I joined when you could still do it online and the money has already came out of my account. I hope I get my packet soon. ~Jennifer |
