Hello, can you tell me please where major artists find musicians for their bands when they need them? I am a drummer looking for full time work. I cannot drive due to a vision problem so it's hard for me to find work in some of the usually ways (live auditions, jam nights, etc.) so I'm using the internet to try to find work.
