I wanted to tell my fellow Cagle Heads this funny story. I don't know if you remember from other posts but I was a DJ at a country station in Queensbury New York called Froggy 107.1FM WFFG. I was let go from the station a few weeks ago because of the buget and they couldn't afford a fifth DJ. I just received an e-mail from my X-boss at the station telling me that my Chris Cagle Liners came in the mail. For those who don't know what liners are they are those things you hear on the radio stat say stuff like "Your listening to Jessie on Froggy 107"! Well, we used "stage names" at that station, so my liners from Chris Cagle say "Your listening to my friend Polly Wogg on Froggy 107!" and there are a few more that he sent for me. I think it is great that I got them, but I think it is even funnier that I can't use them now because I will never again be a PollyWogg! If I had only known that I wouldn't be at that station I would have asked him to do liners with my real name in it! Isn't that great?!?! Jessie |

Jessie, I am so sorry to hear they had to let you go. NEVER say never, they may call you back when they find the money. At least you weren't fired for screwing up. The liners are a collector's item now.HEHE Just think nobody else will hear them but you (for now), kinda special I think. |
