Folks, I've been e-mailing and calling Y108 here in Pittsburgh, who really have been terrific supporters of Chris, but for some reason, even though they e-mail me back and tell me on the air that they will play "What A Beautiful Day," I have yet to hear it. I haven't heard it since Stoney introduced it about 3 weeks ago. Don't know what gives, but I could use some Cagle-help here in getting Chris's new single on the air. Please send them e-mails requesting "What A Beautiful Day," and please be kind. Y108 reports to Billboard, and carries a vote with the Academy of Country Music. I'm sure if you've watched "On The Verge" that you've seen Stoney from Y108. Stoney is terrific, so please e-mail him and ask for Chris's song and say a nice thing or two about the interview in the studio. Okay, I just talked with Michell Maloney at Y108. She's the morning into afternoon DJ. I requested "Beautiful Day" and she told me that the station hasn't put it into rotation yet. Would y'all please head over to Y108 and make this request of Stoney Richards? www.y108.com Thanks. JW |
