Hello, I need help from someone! On April 8 I purchased my Chris Cagle fanclub membership. I paid for express delivery so I would have my meet & greet pass by this Sunday (for Albany, NY). I have not received anything yet and I e-mailed the fan club on Tuesday and they have not responded. Any suggestions what I could do? I will be so disappointed if I don't get to do the Meet & Greet. Yes, you may not even need your membership card if you can get in touch with Molly...she's good on emailing you back pretty fast....keep us posted!!! |

I have been in touch with Molly. The office is working on new packetts to send out. They must be double checking everything before mailing them. |

I don't know if they will allow you to M&G with Chris without the membership card. It might depend on if Steve gets the word and has a note (from Molly) that says your card is in the mail. My packet said NO CARD NO M&G. E-mail Molly again and put M&G for Sunday (4/21) on it. That should get her attention. Good luck! |

Thank You Everyone for your help. I just got an e-mail that said they would put the passes in the mail first thing tomorrow. I don't think they will be here in time though. Maybe because of the special circumstances they will figure something out for me. Thanks again. |

Molly - Here's a copy of the e-mail we just sent you, in case you read the message board before you check your e-mail. HELP!!! Bad news - neither of the packets arrived today which means we will not have our membership cards in time for the meet & greet in Albany, NY tomorrow night (Sunday, April 21). Even though we don't have our cards, is there any way you could notify the person in charge of the meet & greet and get us in? We'd also need to know the rules of the meet & greet. We are terribly disappointed because we were really looking forward to the meet & greet (it was Jerry's birthday present!). We hate to be difficult, but if we can't get into the meet & greet, we'd like to cancel the two fan club memberships because the primary reason we purchased them was to get in on the meet & greet. And unfortunately Chris doesn't tour in our area often enough that we'd ever have the chance to use the passes in the future. So sorry to give you this news. You've been very helpful, but unfortunately they just did not make it here in time, despite your efforts at resending via express service. If there is anything you can do, we'd be MOST appreciative.
